Finally got my DVD ordered. Didn’t get the code in but so what? Thanks for all of your help, and thanks so much for allowing me the opportunity to be in your movie and yes, to “die” in it! It was an awesome experience and so much fun!

I just tested it, with your account, and it worked fine. Try another web browser if you have one available.
I did not log in until after I had the DVD in the cart and had applied the code, maybe that’s the trick.
I had to change your password in order to test it, so you need to get another one.

Hi Jason
Yes, I changed my password as instructed. When I try to order the DVD (and enter the promo code “closeby” since I am and can probably pick up the DVD) and then click Apply Promo Code I get a mostly blank screen that says my Cart is Empty. I have also tried not using the promo code and just clicking Update Subtotal and get the same result…obviously I am doing something wrong.
